New York Pizza Crust Kit

This kit includes;

• 2 X 14″ NY Style par-baked pizza crusts
• 1 8oz container of Bianco DiNapoli Organic Pizza Sauce
• 1 Boona-Boona Crust Dipping Seasoning Mix
• 1 14g Container of Olive Oil (for dipping mix and topping pizza)
• 1 Parmesan packet (for dipping mix and dressing pizza)

Doughfella pizza crusts are made from a 72 hour fermentation process that gives our dough a rich complex taste and texture.  Made without preservatives, so use them within 3 days of receiving them or freeze for up to 3 months. Kit also includes one 8oz container of Bianco DiNapoli Pizza Sauce (enough for both crusts). Ready to top with cheese and your favorite toppings. Bake center rack at 475° for 8-10 minutes (or until your liking) rotating it once or twice.

We highly recommend shredding a whole milk low moisture mozzarella block and NOT using a bag of pre-shredded cheese.  Bagged pre-shredded cheeses use an anti-caking powder that burns and affects the taste. You can read more about it and find cheese locally here.

Each crust is approximately 350gr dough
